Making a purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the PayPal shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order.
****PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER OF £50.00 PLUS P&P. OVERSEAS BUYERS SHOULD CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING ORDERS TO GET P&P COSTS. ANY ORDERS PLACED NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE INSTRUCTION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.****
In the event of a product being out of stock we will offer a suitable alternative or refund any monies due.
Credit card security:
We take your security very seriously so for your peace of mind all payments are processed using the highest level of security available through PayPal.
Shipping and handling:
We are realists, shipping companies do not post for free. Free postage means "we have already included it in the price". This is fair if you only order one item, however if you order several items together you could be paying the postage costs several times over. We calculate the lowest possible shipping costs based on the weight of your individual order. Post and Packing fees are only applicable to the UK. Overseas buyers will be subject to a higher post and packing charge and should contact us before making a purchase.
Delivery:
We will normally send your order to you to arrive within 7 - 10 working days within the UK. Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the shipping method that you select.
If for any reason our carriers are unable to deliver to the address provided (ie. no one available to sign etc.) we reserve the right, at our carrier's discretion, to deliver to a neighbour.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Guarantee/returns:
You can return any item within 7 days of receipt in its original condition with all original packaging - for items damaged or faulty. We will credit your card or return monies for the full value of goods returned less our postal costs as charged. We regret that we cannot accept returns of products where the item is out of the above 7 days.
Please put a note with the package, of your order number. We regret that items returned without an order number will not be processed.
